Appendix 2 is not for publication as it contains exempt
information of the description in paragraph 16 of Schedule 12A of
the Local Government Act 1972
 
AGREED:  that
 
1)   
the Signing of a Works Optimisation and Services
agreement (WoS) with
‘Cenergist’ the
Council’s appointed service provider be approved. In
accordance with the Re:fit 4 call off contract procedures to
deliver the works as set out in the Phase 1B Investment Grade
Proposal (IGP) attached in Appendix 1.
 
Value of
WoS = £1,770,577.12
 
2)   
an invest to save loan agreement via the
‘Wales Funding programme SALIX energy efficiency Loan
Scheme’ for the value of £1,940,577.12 with an interest
rate of 2.05% repaid over 9 years be received.
