RESOLVED: that
 

the proposed
remodelling of the Senior Management Team on a provisional basis
subject to the outcome of the consultation process be
approved.

a consultation
period on the proposed model to commence immediately following
Cabinet approval be approved.

it be agreed that
a further report will be presented to Cabinet in September 2025,
which will confirm the proposed model and process for change,
taking account of issues raised during the consultation
process.

Authority be
delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader
of the Council, Cabinet Member for Finance, Modernisation &
Performance, and other Cabinet Members, to realign managers and
support staff to the remodelled structure.

Assessment of the proposals (Appendix C) be noted.
