undertaken to deliver more sustainable care and support within
Adult Services be noted.

the Principles for
the Delivery of Care and Support (Older Persons Services) as set
out in Appendix 1 be agreed.

the Director Adults,
Housing and Communities develop a suite of policy documents and
customer information to reflect these principles.
