Appendix 1 of this report is exempt from publication on the
basis that it contains information of the description set out in
paragraph 14 of Part 4 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public
interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest
in disclosing the information.
 
AGREED: that the contract be awarded
to Wynne Construction Ltd in the sum of
£7,291,955.35
