AGREED:  that
 

a direct award of
contracts be made to adoption service
organisations based in Wales named in Appendix A, with contracts
anticipated to be renewed for the period
2025-2028. These direct awards are in line with the Exceptions
Guidance, Schedule 5 – Technical Reasons – 6 as the
services can only be delivered by the
organisations named in Appendix A.

the procurement of
additional services that may be required
to fulfil the terms of future Welsh Government Grant funding be
authorised.
