AGREED: that
a three-month extension of the framework for
responsive repairs & maintenance to domestic properties from
31st December 2025 to 31st March 2026 be
approved.
Reasons for the decision
To secure service provision of
responsive repairs for a period of 3 months from 31st
December 2025 to 31st March 2026. The replacement
framework will be in place from 1st April 2026. This
will allow the Council to fulfil its’ obligations to
its’ contract holders (tenants).
