The tender
documentation, including evaluation criteria, draft framework
agreement and schedules (as set out in the body of the report) be
approved.

 

the commencement of
the procurement and the issue of the procurement documentation be
authorised.

 

Reasons for the decision

To commence the process to
enable the Council to appoint two contractors to a framework to
deliver responsive repairs & maintenance to domestic properties
for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2026, with the
option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
