Appendix A to this report (Partnership Agreement) is
not for publication as it contains exempt information of the
description contained in paragraph 14 of Part 4 and paragraph 21 of
Part 5 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972
 
AGREED: that the Council entering into
the Partnership Agreement for the Cardiff & Vale Housing
Partnership with Lovell as the development partner be
approved.

Reasons for the decision

Further to the conclusion of
the Competitive Dialogue procurement process and the identification
of Lovell as the Preferred Bidder, matters relating to the drafting
of the Partnership Agreement as well as the schedules to the
Partnership Agreement are concluded. Therefore, the Partnership
Agreement can be signed by the Council and Lovell.
