AGREED: that the commencement of the
re-procurement of the current Neutral Vendor Managed Services
(currently under lot 11 – SEWTAPS) into its own Framework
Agreement be agreed - Neutral Vendor Managed Services for Technical
and Professional Services (neutaps).
Reasons for the decision
The Neutral Vendor Managed Service
(“NVMS”) is currently being delivered under lot 11 of
the South East Wales Technical and Professional Services Framework
(SEWTAPS). Due to the current usage and demand for a NVMS, the
Council intends to create a separate Framework agreement to avoid
overspend under SEWTAPS and to continue the success for a compliant
route to market for these services. The framework will be managed
by Cardiff Council (Ardal Procurement).
