AGREED: that
 
1.    
the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in
Appendix A in terms of the bidder’s ranking be
noted.
 
2.    
officers be instructed to inform the party that
tendered in this matter of the outcome of the evaluation process
and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).
 
3.    
Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the
voluntary standstill period, to formally appoint the organisation
highlighted in Appendix A to deliver the works.
 

Reasons for the decision

To appoint a single contractor to a framework
to deliver disabled adaptations (safety at home
works) for a period of 2 years from 1st January
2026, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
