Appendix B, C & D to the report are exempt from
publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraphs 14 of schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the
public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public
interest in disclosing the information

 

Appendix A contains only the Public Cabinet Cover
Report considered on 16 October 2025. This report contained a
confidential appendix which was considered as exempt at that
meeting but the appendix has not been used to inform this
