Appendices C - G to this report are exempt from
publication because they contain information of the kind described
in paragraphs 14 and 21 of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the
Local Government Act 1972
 
 
AGREED: that the contract
variations managed through the JCT Design & Build contract (and
detailed in Appendix E) for the delivery of 60 older person flats
and communal facilities at Crickhowell Road, St. Mellons be
approved.
 

Reasons for the decision

All Variations to the original
contract sum have been managed through the JCT D&B contract and
have been assessed and approved for payment by the Councils
Employers Agent. The detail of each variation is provided in the
confidential appendix to this report. All Variations have been
deemed to be reasonable and have been approved in line with the
contract clauses.
