Appendix 3 of this report is exempt from publication
pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 12A, Part 4, paragraph 14 of
the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended)
 
AGREED: that following
completion of a mini-competition via
SEWH Framework Lot 9, the contract for construction of the
permanent transport scheme on Castle Street between Westgate Street
and Kingsway be awarded to KNIGHTS BROWN.
 

Reasons for the decision

•      To appoint a contractor to
construct the permanent transport scheme on Castle Street
•      Three tenders were
returned, and KNIGHTS BROWN returned the highest score in the mini
competition under the SEWH Framework
