AGREED: that
 
1.   
the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in
Appendix A in terms of the bidder’s ranking be
noted.
 
2.   
officers be instructed to inform the party that
tendered in this matter of the outcome of the evaluation process
and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).
 
3.   
Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the
mandatory standstill period, to formally appoint the organisations
highlighted in Appendix A to deliver the works.
 
 

Reasons for the decision

To appoint 4 contractors to a framework to
deliver Accelerated Adaptations for a period of 2 years from
1st January 2026, with the option to extend for a
further 2 years.
