is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the
description contained in paragraph 14 and 16 of Part 4 and
paragraph 21 of Part 5 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act
1972
AGREED: that a JCT Design & Build contract with Lovells Partnership
Limited (Lovell) be entered into for the construction contract sum
identified in Confidential Appendix C for the construction of 11
new homes at the Former New Pennsylvania Public House in
Llanedeyrn, delivered through the
Cardiff & Vale Housing Partnership (CVHP).
Reasons for the decision
The relevant partnership
gateway and site approval process has been achieved and all
contractual matters relating to the JCT Design & Build Contract
agreed. Therefore, we are now able to enter into the formal
JCT Design & Build contract to progress the scheme.
