AGREED: that a
Deed of Variation to the existing Agreement with Willowmead
Holdings Ltd be approved to:
Adjust the purchase price as verified by RPA Quantity Surveyors
in their report dated 16 December 2025 (Appendix A).
Implement a revised payment structure to support developer
cashflow and ensure the completion of the scheme.
