AGREED: that
the outcome of the
evaluation process as set out in Appendix A in terms of the
bidder’s ranking be noted.

the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as
detailed in this report).
Subject to the
satisfactory conclusion of the standstill period, the organisations
highlighted in Appendix A to deliver the works be formally
