Appendices 1 and 2 of this report are not for
publication as they contain exempt information of the description
contained in paragraphs 14 of part 4 and paragraph 21 of part 5 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

 
AGREED:
that Cardiff Council provide grant funding of
£470,000 to CHN Limited as a contribution towards the
construction cost phase of the Network. The grant is subject to
terms and conditions.
 

Reasons for the decision

The grant will allow the
Company to meet the costs and resolve various issues arising during
the construction phase, which are deemed reasonable given the scale
and nature of the works involved in creating the
network.
