AGREED:
that
 
1.   
the remaining 12-month extension option of the
SEWTAPS Framework (extend to 18th April 2027) be utilised for Lots
1-10.
 
2.   
a modification under PCR 2015, required as a result of the extension, which will increase
framework expenditure to cover the extension and re-procurement
period be applied.
 

Reasons for the decision

1. 
To continue a successful and compliant route to
market for these services for all Framework Customers and allow
sufficient time for Cardiff Council (Ardal) to re-procure the
SEWTAPS Framework.
 
2. 
To modify the existing framework (under Regulation
72 of the PCR 2015) to increase the originally advertised value of
the framework, to cover the extension period required for the
re-procurement.
