AGREED: that the commencement
of Leaseholder Consultation in relation to the framework for
installation, repair & maintenance of door entry systems, CCTV,
alarm and access systems be approved.
 

Reasons for the decision

In order to comply with the consultation
requirements of s20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 the need to
consult has been established. If consultation is not undertaken,
the Council may not be able to recover from any leaseholder in any
accounting period the total cost of their contribution for any work
delivered via this framework.
