AGREED: that the WITS Collaboration Agreement be amended whereby
the agreement shall continue for an initial period of twelve (12)
months at which point unless otherwise terminated in accordance
with the WITS Collaboration Agreement it will be renewed
automatically for successive periods of twelve (12)
