AGREED: that the use of
the Copthorne Hotel as set out in the
report be approved.
Reasons for the decision
The Council is entering into
these arrangements in its role as a public body to fulfil its
statutory obligations under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and the
Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, which is to provide
accommodation, care and support for priority need households,
homeless households, and those with no settled
residence.
