Appendix A
of this report is exempt from publication pursuant to paragraph 14
of Part 4, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

 
AGREED: that the  award of a Concession Agreement and
Associated Lease, over a five-year term in respect of the
Management of the Secret Garden Café, following the
evaluation criteria as set out in Appendix A be
approved.
 

Reasons for the decision

To ensure continuity of service
provision for the benefit and enjoyment of users to Bute Park and
its Visitor Centre.
