Appendix 1 is not for publication as it contains
exempt information of the description in paragraph(s) 14 and 21 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the
circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the

outweighs the public interest in disclosing the

AGREED: that
 

the
appointment of Cenergist as service
provider via a call off contract award through the Re:Fit 4 Framework be approved; and

 

the
development of High Level Appraisals (HLA’s) be commenced
leading to Investment Grade Proposals (IGP’s) to inform
delivery and funding requirements for installation of a range of
Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) and works (as
appropriate);
