AGREED: that
 
 

the site known as
‘the former Llanederyn High
School and St Teilo’s land’
as edged in red on the plan at Appendix 1 be appropriated
 to the Council’s Housing Revenue
Account (‘HRA’).

 

Sums be ring-fenced
for delivery of improved school pitch provision and required works
to the retained community facility building and land.

 

Reasons for the decision

To enable the site to be
included in the HRA New Build Housing Programme.
