The Aon UK Limited Report (Appendix A) of this
report is not for publication as it contains exempt information of
the description in paragraph14 (Information relating to the
financial or business affairs of any particular person including
the authority holding that information) of Part 4 and satisfies the
public interest test in paragraph 21 Part 5 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972.

 
AGREED:
that
 
1. The following contracts be
awarded to provide the following insurances for a period of 3 years
from 1 April 2024 with an option to extend for a further 2
years:

Management Partners/HSB - Contractors Combined & Hired In Plant
Lot 2.
c) Risk

Management Partners/QBE & Gallagher Bassett – Motor Fleet
Lot 4.
e) MAPS
– Motor Uninsured Loss Recovery - Lot 5.

British Engineering — Engineering Inspection and Insurance
Lot 6.
g) Risk
Management Partners/QBE/Probitas Syndicate — Fidelity
Guarantee Lot 7.
h) Risk
Management Partners/HSB - Computer Lot 8.
i) Risk
Management Partners/Ecclesiastical — Fine Art Lot

The total cost of the Insurance
contracts for the five-year period will be £14,613,459.70
inclusive of insurance premium tax at 12%.
 
2. the procurement of Lot 11
School Journey Insurance be abandoned for the reasons set out in
the body of the report.
 

Reasons for the decision

In respect of the above Lots Risk Management
Partners, Zurich Municipal, Protector Insurance, MAPS and British
Engineering provided the most economically advantageous
tenders.
