Appendices to this report is exempt from publication because it
contains information of the kind described in paragraphs 14 and 21
of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act

AGREED:
that an Invitation to  Participate in Competitive Dialogue
(IPCD) be issued and related procurement documents to shortlisted
bidders and commence the competitive dialogue phase to identify the
preferred  developing partner to deliver
the Cardiff and Vale Housing Partnership and to agree the award
criteria for the evaluation of final tenders.
