AGREED: that the procurement process be commenced using the
evaluation criteria set out in the report and tendering
documentation, and to invite tenders from potential services
providers to responsibly treat Road Sweeping collections from
Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and Vale
of Glamorgan Local Authorities.

Reasons for the decision

To
procure a suitable and compliant service for responsibly treating
Road Sweeping collections from Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport,
Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan Local
Authorities.
