AGREED: that
 

the
amendments to the ECO Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (ECO LA
Flex) Statement of Intent (SOI) for ECO4 be approved
the
publication of the amended SOI be approved.
Memorandum
of Understanding with EON be entered into, in order to participate
in the ECO4 LA Flex scheme.
