AGREED:
that
 

a tendering process
commence for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of
equipment and infrastructure for the Cardiff Council CCTV and Fibre
Communications Network;

 

a Find a Tender
Services (FTS) notice be issued to formally commence the
procurement; and

 

the proposed
overarching evaluation criteria of cost 60%, quality 30%, social
value 10% be approved.

 

A direct
award,  3 month contract be issued to
the current maintenance contractor to allow sufficient time to
procure and award new contract.
