the procurement of 20
highway vehicles including but not limited to, the proposed
contract length, evaluation criteria, and weightings as set out in
the report be approved. The estimated value of the procurement is
contained in the body of the report.

 

the commencement of
the procurement by mini competition via the Holton Housing
Framework and utilisation of the Council and framework approved
procurement documentation be approved.

 

It be acknowledged
that the current fleet vehicles may be subject to continued
contract arrangements and/or spot hire vehicles may be utilised to
assist with fleet transition during phased delivery of new fleet
vehicles.
