Appendix 2 to this report is exempt from
publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part 4 of schedule
12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances
of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption
outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information.

 

Appendix 3 is not for publication as it
contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 16 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

 
AGREED
that the Direct
Award procurement approach be approved for 8 individual and
separate contracts for Flying Start Childcare places for 3 years
with the option to extend for 1 year +1 year. The total annual
value of the contracts is £335,497.50. Contracts would
commence on 8th January 2024.
