AGREED: that
 

1.   
The contract be awarded to Matrix SCM Ltd for the
delivery of the Vendor Neutral Agency Worker Provision
Contract.  The duration of the
arrangement will run from 1st November 2023 to
31st October 2028, with an option to extend for a
further 2 years until 31st October 2030.  The approximate contract value over 5 years is
£145,000,000 (with an option to extend for a further 2 years,
bringing the total value to £203,000,000 across 7
years).
 

2.   
The contract with Matrix SCM Ltd be formally
concluded; and
 

3.   
all providers who submitted a tender, be informed of
the outcome of evaluation and the procurement process.
