AGREED:
that legal services be instructed extend
the Framework for Responsive Repairs & Maintenance with all
four appointed Contractors for a further 2 years from
1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026.
 

Reasons for the decision

To formally extend the
Framework Agreements for a further 2 years to terminate
31st March 2026, ensuring continuity of service
delivery.
