AGREED: that
 
1.   
The direct award of contracts to adoption
service organisations based in Wales named in Appendix A, in
relation to the services identified and for the contract periods
also set out in Appendix A, with such contracts anticipated to
continue during 2023/24 – 2025/26, be authorised.
 
2.   
Additional services that may be required
to fulfil the terms of new Welsh Government Grant funding be
authorised.
 

Reasons for the decision

To put in placed appropriate
contract arrangements to secure adoption services to meet the
criteria of the Welsh Government Adoption Services Grant in 2023/24
and future years plus those that may be required by the Welsh
Government ‘Adopt Cymru 2025 and
beyond’ grant.
