AGREED:
that Lovells Partnership
Limited (Lovells) be appointed as the
contractor and a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract be entered
into to build 60 homes for the St. Mellon’s Community Living
project.
Reasons for the decision
All contractual matters have been resolved
relating to the JCT form of contract and the updated Contract Sum
finalised and agreed. Therefore, we are now in a position to enter
into the formal JCT 2016 Design & Build contract to progress
the completion of the development.
