AGREED: that an advanced works
contract be awarded to ISG Ltd for the replacement of facilities
associated with Cantonian High School in order to develop the new
Fairwater Campus.
 

Reasons for the decision

Post planning permission, the
progression of a limited scope of groundworks in advance of
agreement of the Main Contract will maintain programme to allow for
occupation in September 2026.
