Appendices 1 & 2 is exempt from publication pursuant to
Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act
1972.
 
AGREED that the
arrangements for the use of the Holiday Inn be agreed as set out in
the report.
 

Reasons for the decision

The Council is entering into
these arrangements in its role as a public body to fulfil its
statutory obligations under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and the
Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, which is to provide
accommodation, care and support for priority need households,
homeless households, and those with no settled
residence.
