Cabinet on progressing this.

1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of this report are not for publication as they
contain exempt information of the description contained in
paragraphs 14, 16 and 21 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government
Act 1972.
 
RESOLVED: that
 
 

1.           
the proposals for the redevelopment of Cardiff
Market and the funding strategy as set out in the appendices to
this report be approved.

 

2.           
Authority be delegated to the Director of Economic
Development in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment
& Development, Section 151 Officer and Director Governance and
Legal Services / Monitoring Officer, to deal with all matters
relating to the redevelopment proposal including the funding
application, procurements, and grants in relation to Cardiff market
(and any ancillary agreements) as required in relation to this
matter.
