that an Immediate Article 4 Direction in respect of
the Rompney Castle, Wentloog Road, Rumney
(Appendix A) be served, to remove permitted development rights
afforded under Parts 2 and 31 of the Schedule to the Town and
Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as
amended for Wales) in relation to the property.
