tenders be invited from Lot 3 of the
South East Wales Technical and
Professional Services (SEWTAPS) Framework for Programme Management
and Cost Management support for the Crossrail Phase 1 Programme.

Following the tender period and
assessment, authority be delegated to the Director of Planning,
Transport and Environment to award the contract to the winning
tenderer.

the evaluation criteria set out in this report be
approved.
