Appendices
B, C to this report are not for publication as they contain exempt
information of the description contained in paragraphs 14and 21 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
 
AGREED: that
the second Letter of Intent be issued to
Wates Construction Limited for a maximum sum identified in
Appendix C to continue enabling, infrastructure and modular
building works for a “meanwhile” emergency housing use
at the Gasworks site, whilst we conclude negotiations to enter into
the JCT D&B contract covering the full scope of
works
