contains information of the kind described in paragraphs 14 and 21
of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act

AGREED:
that
 

the
Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) Housing Construction Framework
(ref: H1 WS2) be utilised to work with the 1st ranked
contractor for 50 plus units, (Lovells)
under a direct award basis in order to enter into negotiations to
take forward the St. Mellon’s Community Living project.
 

 

the
Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM6068 Lot 6.3: Residential
Wales) be utilised, further to issuing a notice for Expressions of
Interest, negotiations be entered into  with the sole Contractor (Wates) returning a
positive EOI, to take forward the Maelfa Community Living Project.
