AGREED that a direct award to
contract with Urban Space Ltd, for exclusive use of the Park Lane
ApartHotel from 1st May 2023
until 31 December 2023 be approved.
 

Reasons for the decision

To ensure the continued delivery of the
“Welcome Centre” accommodation for Ukrainian refugees
for a further period of eight months, under the Welsh Government
Ukrainian Super Sponsor Scheme.
