The report

the description in paragraph(s) 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972.
 
AGREED: that
 
1.  
a competitive procurement process be commenced using
the Open Procedure (including the issuing of the OJEU notice) for
Independent Professional Advocacy services and another for the
Advocacy Gateway service for Adults in Cardiff and The Vale of
Glamorgan as set out in the body of the report.
 
The proposed evaluation
criteria as detailed in the body of the report be
approved.
