report is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains
information of the description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of
Part 4 of schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all
the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining
the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information

 
AGREED that the contract for this project be awarded to
John Weaver Contractors, for the sum of £1,450,952.37
