the suite of
procurement documents, scoring rational and evaluation criteria to
be used to procure a Developer to deliver the Channel View
regeneration scheme be approved.

 

the Invitation to
Tender (ITT) to the identified Framework Lot be issued.

 

Reasons for the decision

Further to a Cabinet Report (dated March 2022)
giving approval to undertake a procurement process to appoint a
Contracting Partner via an approved framework to deliver all phases
of the Channel View Redevelopment project and to delegate authority
to the Corporate Director People & Communities, in consultation
with the Cabinet Member for Housing & Communities and the
Corporate Director Resources to approve the evaluation criteria and
tender documents, the full suite of documents and evaluation
criteria, as set out in this report, has been fully developed and
can be issued.
