Appendices 1 and 2 to this report are exempt
from publication on the basis that it contains information of the
description set out in paragraphs 14 and 21 of Part 4 of schedule
12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the
circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the
exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information
 
Appendix 3 is exempt from disclosure as it
contains information pursuant to para 16 of the local government
act 1972.

To award the tender for the Pre-Services Contract
for the design of the replacement Willows High school (via a
2-stage approach) and to commence with the enabling works to Morgan
Sindall Group as Construction Partner via SEWSCAP
