Purpose

Mae Fframwaith Adeiladu Cydweithredol
SEWSCAP wedi bod yn rhedeg am y 12 mlynedd diwethaf gyda’r 4
diwethaf wedi’u gweinyddu gan Dîm Comisiynu a Chaffael
y Cyngor. Mae'r fframwaith presennol yn dod i ddiwedd ei gyfnod ac
mae angen tendro trefniant y 4 blynedd nesaf. Y cyngor yw'r mwyaf
yn ôl gwariant o'r 16 Awdurdod Lleol sy’n ei ddefnyddio
gan ei fod y llwybr caffael ar gyfer Rhaglen Ysgolion yr 21ain
Ganrif (fel y’i gelwir bellach).

RESOLVED: that
 

1.           
Agreement in principle be given to the commencement
of the re-procurement of the current South East Wales Collaborative
Construction Framework; and

 

2.           
Authority be delegated to the  Corporate Director Resources, in consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Finance, Performance and Modernisation, to
carry out all aspects of the procurement, (including finalising the
lotting structure,  setting the
evaluation methodology, commencing procurement and award of
successful contractors to the framework) and thereafter to host and
deal with  the operation of the
framework arrangements, including any 
ancillary matters relating thereto.
