Agreed:
that
1.    
the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in
Appendix A be noted
 
2.    
officers be instructed to inform those parties that
Tendered in this matter (as well as those who expressed an interest
in this matter) of the outcome of the evaluation process and
proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).
 
3.   
Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the
voluntary standstill period, a framework agreement be formally
concluded with the organisations listed in Appendix A.
